When your phone suffers a broken screen or some water damage, you may wonder what my standard procedure is regarding the repairs. While the truth of the matter is that each situation is different, the general process is the same first, you bring the phone to me so that I can make a diagnosis of the problem. Then, I can inform you of the problem and how much time it will take to repair. After that, I provide the price and, if it is acceptable to you, repair your phone.
